Learning is my passion.

“Learning is not attained by chance, it must be sought for with ardor and attended to with diligence.”

~Abigail Adams

My design approach is iterative.

If you’re looking to bridge the gap between knowledge and performance, Instructional Design (ID) is your answer. I’m Jen Camp. Using creativity and analytical skills as part of my craft in ID allows learners to access valuable information that can lead them toward greater understanding and improved performance.

The graphic below is an original that I created to visualize my creativity and design process.

  • The gear icon in the center of the lightbulb represents thought processes and ideas.
  • The light emitted from the lightbulb represents unique creative ideas.
  • The pink double-headed arrows represent an iterative, cyclical design process.
  • The yellow dashed lines pointing in represent input and feedback from collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other ID team members.

Created by Jen Camp using Animaker.

I created the video above using Animaker. Made from a blank project (no template), the video features the following:

  • Enter and exit animations
  • Custom camera movements such as panning and zooming
  • Original audio narration that was recorded within Animaker
  • Timed text displays and lists to allow for easy reading and comprehension
